I have been a User Experience for nearly 10 years. I was born in Argentina, lived in Ireland for a long time, and now I am based in The Netherlands.
I studied Fine Art, and then multimedia programming. I paint, sketch, collage, and love contemporary and conceptual art.
I read A LOT. Mostly speculative and science fiction fiction.
I am a very curious person and I love thinking in systems, human and other. What is the experience of everyone involved? What are the interconnecting dynamics? How can we improve the outcome?

My process
I work on tiny improvements and big projects. Most projects do not follow an ideal double-diamond, resulting in very neat portfolio case studies. The world is not perfect, and it is important to be flexible. Over the years, I have learnt what steps are non-negotiable, and when done is better than perfect. Access, then ease, then aesthetics.
I believe design helps build better products. And more importantly, better product-building methods.
